Pamela has over 25 years’ international experience as a senior finance executive across North America, Africa and Europe. She brings to Insight Terra a wealth of experience in developing and managing the finance functions of mineral exploration and development companies, both private and listed, with a range of projects across Africa. She also has extensive experience in raising capital for mining projects in all stages of development including managing an IPO onto the AIM market.  

Most recently she served as CFO of a growth fintech company with blue chip clients located in the United States, Europe and Asia. She is also a fashion e-commerce entrepreneur with a keen interest in promoting sustainable and ethical manufacturing and retail operations.  

Pamela served her early career at Deloitte in Toronto, London and Johannesburg with a speciality in Forensic Accounting. She is a Chartered Accountant from the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, a CPA and holds a Graduate Business Degree from the University of Cape Town.
