Our company was born through the combination of a spinout from Inmarsat, the leading global mobile satellite communications provider, and CivicConnect, a smart infrastructure data management platform service provider. The two companies had partnered to create the Insight Platform and realized the best way to meet the need for real time data-driven insight was to create a new company that could focus exclusively on the critical need for enterprise risk management — Insight Terra.
